Construction: Rotationally molded one-piece shell with an overall thickness of
1 ¾ inch (44 mm) and reinforced to 2 ¼ inch (56 mm) thickness at the spine
edge.
B. Core:
High density non-CFC urethane foam. Include full height internal steel shaft
foamed in-place and secured to top and bottom mounting brackets for additional
reinforcement.
C. Facings:
Minimum 3/16 inch (4.5 mm) thick cross-linked polyethylene, color as selected
by architect.

2.4 FABRICATION
A. Shop
Assembly: Secure top and bottom mounting brackets to rotationally molded door
panel using three 3 inch (75 mm) stainless steel bolts each. Position brackets
at top and bottom mortises on panel and align center bolt to secure through the internal tubular steel
shaft. Secure windows and all optional features to door panel using stainless
steel and zinc coated fasteners.
2.5 SOURCE
QUALITY CONTROL
A. Fabrication
Tolerances: Width and height of each leaf: + 0, -3/16 inch (3 mm).

3 EXECUTION
3.1 EXAMINATION
A. Examine
opening in which door will be installed.
B. Coordinate
with responsible entity to perform corrective work on unsatisfactory
conditions.
C. Commencement
of work by installer is acceptance of opening conditions.
3.2 INSTALLATION
A. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions.
B. [Install
frames plumb and level.]
C. Install
door with necessary anchors, hardware and accessories.

3.3 ADJUSTING
A. Follow
manufacturer’s instructions as required to:
